🗂️ Client Policies
Thank you for choosing Nail Doctor Unblemished. Please read all policies carefully. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
🔹 1. Deposits
- Deposits are 50% of your service total. 
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. 
- You may rebook one time within the 48-hour cancellation window using the same deposit. 
- The remaining balance must be paid at the end of your service via cash, debit, or credit card. 
🔹 2. Booking & Scheduling
🗓️ Appointments
 All appointments must be booked online at least 24 hours in advance.
 A $15 concierge fee applies to phone bookings.
💳 Deposits & Photos
 A 50% deposit and consultation photos are due within 24 hours, or the appointment will be canceled.
 Photos must show feet without polish for proper assessment.
⏰ Availability
 Availability is limited — please book early.
 A $100 after-hours/same-day fee applies to last-minute requests.
💅 Add-Ons & Polish Policy
 Enhancements such as toe polish, gel, or lacquer must be booked as an add-on.
 We do not specialize in nail art — our focus is on healthy skin and nails.
💎 Polish is now a $15 add-on and must be selected at the time of booking.
🚫 No Guests or Children
 To maintain a calm, professional experience, no additional guests or children are allowed.

🔹 3. Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows
- There is a 15-minute grace period for appointments. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. 
- All cancellations or reschedules must be made via the website at least 48 hours before your appointment. 
- Failure to cancel/reschedule within 48 hours online will result in deposit being forfeited, and you will be unable to book again. 
🔹 4. Mobile Concierge Policy
- Mobile concierge services are a flat rate of $100 within a 30-mile radius. 
- Services must total $100 or more to qualify for mobile visits. 
- Clients must be non-mobile (unable to travel) to be eligible for this service. 
- Polish and other cosmetic options are not offered during mobile concierge appointments. 
🔹 5. Identity Verification Policy
- A valid photo ID may be requested at the time of booking or service. 
- This verification step is in place for safety and security. 
- All client information is kept confidential. 
🚫 No Third-Party Bookings
- Appointments must be booked only for yourself. 
- Booking under your name for another person is not permitted.
